No. Scan the code, and everything works in your browser. For table sharing you give a first name and optional photo for the night. For keep in touch you sign in with your email.

For song requests, dedications and table sharing, the amount is reserved and only taken if the DJ or the host accepts. If they say no, or the night ends, the reservation is released. Tips are taken straight away.

Roomcue is for adults, and many venues serve alcohol. You confirm it when you join, and we keep a record of that.

Our filter blocks phone numbers, links, social handles and rude language. Reword it, or keep contact details out of it.

No. It is for sharing a table with company. There is no gender or relationship preference, and sexual messages are against the Community Rules.

People like to see who they might sit with. Your face photo is taken with your camera when you create your profile, so it is you. You can add up to three more photos from your device.

Only guests checked in at the same venue as you, that venue’s staff, and you. They are never on a public page. Tonight’s session is deleted when the night ends; your profile stays until you delete it.

Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete my account. Everything is removed at once, including conversations.

Tap “I feel unsafe” in the Safety tab. Staff are told your name and table. You can also block and report anyone, and end a pairing at any time.

If you both choose it, you each sign in by email and add a card. Nobody is charged until both of you have. Either of you can stop it, and it then ends for both of you at the end of the paid month. Either of you can also end and delete it at once.

Every message, for both people. If a message was reported first, a copy of the recent messages is kept for 90 days for safety review.

Payments go to your Stripe account. You see your balance in the booth, and you can withdraw from 10.00.

You are responsible for the licences needed to play music in the venue. Roomcue never provides or streams music.

It is shown in your dashboard and on the sign-up page. The rest of every accepted payment is yours.

The code changes every minute and the screen link is private, so an old photo does not work. You can also set your location, and anyone who is not inside needs a staff member to confirm them.

In your venue dashboard, choose “Replace the links”. The old links stop working at once.
